THE DIRECTOR

Philip C. Chinn
Directs the subcontract which focuses on schools with large Asian and Pacific Student populations. All minority IHE’s in the service region of The Pacific States, Hawaii and the Pacific Basin are eligible for  Alliance Project services from the subcontract.

THE STAFF

Marcos Romero
Is responsible for developing and maintaining the subcontract Web Pages and coordinating training.

Margie Moennich
Is the Project Secretary, Bookkepper and Budget Analyst.


SERVICES

Services include Grant Writers Workshop which provides the fundamentals in preparing proposals for the Division of Personnel Preparation, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services and U.S. Department of Education. Other services include mentoring during the grant preparation process, and best practices workshop designed to enhance grant preparation. A 25% minority student enrollment is required for institutional eligibility for Alliance Project services.
