The NCRTM provides a wide
variety of disability related training resources to those who serve persons

disability sites, searchable mental health network files, general www links
and a phone number for toll free health information.
NICHCY
NICHCY provides information
on disabilities and disability-related issues for families, educators,
and other professionals. Their special focus is children and youth (birth
to age 22). Included on this page is publications, state resource sheets,
NICHCY posters, publications in Spanish, links to other information centers,
and disability conferences.

Institute on Life Planning for Persons With Disabilities
A national organization
dedicated to promoting transition, life and person centered planning for
all persons with disabilities and their families. Because it is a diverse
and only professional membership association made up of teachers, lawyers,
planners, social workers, advocates, etc., it provides this web page to
help families obtain the latest information on transition, life and person
centered planning, government benefits, advocacy, guardianship, aging,
housing, supported employment and more. NILP is affiliated with CIHS at
Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA, just north of San Francisco.
Includes the Life Planning Newsletter, National Training Programs, a Q&A
section, a Life Planner Database, Publications, a Listserv for life planning
and links to Specific Disabilities web pages as well as general interest
web pages.

Parent Network on Disabilities
NPND shares information
and resources in order to promote and support the power of parents to influence
and affect policy issues concerning the needs of people with disabilities
and their families. The page includes legislative updates, the MCH program
(The National Parent Consortium on Maternal & Child Health), a weekly
news bulletin, resources for families, family health materials, a list

The National Technical Assistance
consortium for children and Young Adults who are Deaf-Blind - provides

National Transition Alliance for Youth with Disabilities (NTA)
NTA is jointly funded by
the US Department of Education and the National School to Work Office and
